James immediately replied to my request to transport my very precious horse from Northampton to Cardiff. He offered a range of dates to suit me and organised it very quickly. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable considering the current climate. My horse was collected quickly and promptly and arrived so chilled and relaxed that you wouldn’t think he’d been in a lorry for 4 hours! James helped to unload the other end and ensured the horse was safe before leaving. He gave excellent approximate timings and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend! Was also lovely seeing James and Ian again after such a long time! I couldn’t have asked for better people to transport my precious boy. Thank you

Fantastic service today from James. As a horse transporter myself I am thrilled to meet others that are just as genuine, helpful and polite.

Our boy billy basically loaded himself but James was professional, courteous and let me know each step of the way on his travels. Assisted with transport for a great price at really REALLY short notice. Really nice guy with a lovely persona! will defiantly use you the next time my box is out of action!! Big thanks again!

James moved my mare this week. The service was unbelievable good, as my mare is not an easy loader. James was kind and patient throughout the process which took 45 minutes. Magic arrived calm and un phased with me an hour later. Highly recommend and look forward to using James in the future.
